Ingredients: Green tea (Camellia sinensis).
Caffeine: Contains naturally occurring caffeine.

Brewing Instructions

  • Use 2 grams—approximately 1 teaspoon—per 8 oz of water.
  • Heat water to 180°F, below boiling.
  • Steep for 2 minutes, then strain.
  • Allow room for the leaves to unfurl. For stronger flavor, add more tea rather than steeping longer.
