Brewing Instructions

Hot Tea

Heat 8 fluid ounces of fresh water to 180°F (about 82°C), below boiling.

Add 2 grams of tea, approximately 1 teaspoon, to a roomy infuser or teapot.

Steep for 2 minutes, allowing the rolled leaves room to unfurl.

Strain completely. For stronger flavor, use more tea rather than steeping longer.
