Queen Tee's Whole Butterfly Pea Flower Tea is a naturally caffeine-free herbal infusion made from whole butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea). When steeped, the flowers create a striking deep-blue cup with a mild, earthy and lightly floral character. Adding lemon or lime naturally shifts the color toward purple or pink.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Bring 8 to 10 oz of water to a boil.
Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of whole butterfly pea flowers into a tea infuser, teapot, or tea bag.
Pour hot water over the flowers.
Steep for 5-7 minutes for a light flavor, or up to 10 minutes for a stronger cup.
Strain and serve warm, or cool and pour over ice.
Enjoy plain or add lemon or lime for a naturally color-changing tea.
