Product Overview

Queen Tee’s Premium White Tea is a delicate loose-leaf tea made from Camellia sinensis. White tea is minimally processed and is appreciated for its light body, gentle aroma, and naturally smooth character. It can be enjoyed plain or lightly sweetened and makes an elegant choice for a quiet morning or afternoon tea.

Flavor & Aroma

Light, smooth, and subtly aromatic. Depending on the specific white tea harvest, the cup may offer delicate floral, fresh, mildly sweet, or soft hay-like notes without the heavier character of many darker teas.

Brewing Instructions

1.        Use approximately 1–2 teaspoons of loose white tea per 8 oz of water.

2.        Heat fresh water to approximately 175–185°F (80–85°C). Avoid boiling water for a softer, less bitter cup.

3.        Pour the heated water over the tea leaves.

4.        Steep for approximately 3–5 minutes, adjusting time to taste.

5.        Strain and enjoy. Add a light sweetener if desired.

Serving Suggestions

Enjoy hot for a delicate traditional cup, or brew slightly stronger and chill for iced white tea. Because white tea has a subtle flavor, mild additions such as honey, lemon, peach, pear, berries, or light floral notes can complement it without overwhelming the tea.

Tea Information

White tea comes from the same Camellia sinensis plant used to make green, oolong, and black teas. Its distinguishing character comes largely from the young plant material selected and the comparatively gentle processing used after harvest. White tea naturally contains plant polyphenols and caffeine.

Caffeine

Contains naturally occurring caffeine. The actual amount can vary by tea variety, leaf-to-water ratio, water temperature, and steeping time. Individuals who are sensitive to caffeine may prefer a smaller serving or shorter steep.

Safety & Use Notes

For food and beverage use as directed. If you are pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine, taking medication, or under medical care, consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding regular use.
