Recognized by its naturally bitter flavor and aromatic leaves, Wormwood tea has long been appreciated as part of traditional wellness routines. Because it contains naturally occurring compounds such as thujone, it should be consumed responsibly and only as directed.

🌿 Tea Tip

Because of its naturally strong bitterness, many people prefer to blend Wormwood with complementary herbs such as peppermint or chamomile, or add a small amount of honey or lemon after steeping. If you are new to Wormwood, begin with a smaller serving to become familiar with its distinctive flavor.
