• Add 1–2 teaspoons of whole chamomile flowers to a tea infuser or teapot.

• Pour hot water over the flowers.

• Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

• Strain and enjoy.

Iced Tea

• Brew double strength using 2–3 teaspoons per 8 ounces of water.

• Allow to cool.

• Pour over ice.
